Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  •              Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  •              In its original packaging
  •              Have all tags attached
  •              Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process:

1.      To initiate a return, please contact us at info@4wdhub.co.nz

2.     Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return

3.     We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item 

       Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  •            The item is defective
  •            The item is damaged
  •            You receive the wrong item

This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  •             All underwear (for hygiene purposes)
  •             Sale items
  •             Gift cards

 Refund Process:

  •           Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status
  •           If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
  •           Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
  •           If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@4wdhub.co.nz

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item

Shipping costs are non-refundable
